Clear product scope
Know what is live, what needs setup, and what stays yours.
Today an Aptoria account can add properties and units, set the limits Aptoria works within, see the rent roll and tenant balances, see a monthly rent reconciliation, see a cash-flow projection, preview what a late fee would be, and fill in notices from templates. AI drafting, maintenance requests, tenant messaging, online rent collection, tenant screening, e-signing, and tax exports are planned. Decisions such as denying an applicant, deducting from a deposit, or ending a lease always stay with a person.
Initial support scope has not been broadly published
Aptoria has not declared a universal asset-type, unit-count, geography, provider, or staffed-support promise. A plan purchase does not by itself enable a workflow outside its published availability and release conditions.
Subscription pricing covers Aptoria plan access. It does not promise payment, screening, document, listing-network, or other provider-dependent coverage.
Before you rely on a workflow
Review the property, jurisdiction, provider, payment, account, and policy configuration with Aptoria. A page status is not a provider receipt or production-readiness confirmation. Product workflows do not replace legal, tax, accounting, housing, or insurance advice.
