Hardcoded limits

Aptoria has 14 hardcoded limits no setting can switch off: 8 actions always require a human, and 6 are prohibited outright. Aptoria does not autonomously execute these published action classes: terminate a lease, file or advance an eviction, deny an applicant, deny an accommodation request, deduct from a security deposit, serve a rent-increase notice, send a formal collection demand, pool your data to set rents, set rent from external data, report a resident to a credit bureau, downgrade or close a habitability concern, override a deposit deadline, impose a mandatory fee, score a resident’s risk.

Control model

Supported consequential work is subject to configured thresholds and review controls; Aptoria has an emergency stop that halts all of its automation at once, and clearing it never turns automation back on by itself.

Important: Availability and reversibility depend on the workflow, provider, setup, and the point an action has reached.

Action record

For organization-scoped decisions recorded through the current decision ledger, Aptoria can verify hash-chain structure and available content hashes alongside available policy, source-context, approval-state, and outcome fields.

Rent and custody

Aptoria is not a bank and does not hold tenant funds; rent moves between the tenant and the landlord’s bank or payment provider.

Migration availability

Importing from other property-management systems, spreadsheets, and bank files is limited to review staging; Aptoria does not currently represent those paths as live portfolio apply, accounting cutover, or rollback.

Important: Recognized format and staging coverage vary by source. Opening balances and security-deposit liabilities require separate reconciliation.

Rent-pricing boundary

Aptoria does not pool rents, leases, payment history, or competitor data to generate cross-landlord rent recommendations, and current product policy does not select a rent price for the landlord.

Workspace controls

Aptoria is designed around organization-scoped access, least-privilege service roles, provider-boundary controls, audit logging, and review paths for sensitive AI outputs.

Important: Security controls and review gates reduce risk but are not a guarantee that every future message, law, integration, or human decision is compliant.

Public operating data

Aptoria does not publish modeled customer performance as measured results. Its public receipts program publishes only dated, defined, and appropriately caveated data when it exists.
