PUBLIC RECEIPTS

The numbers, the denominator, and the misses.

This is Aptoria’s public reporting program for operating data. It exists to make claims reviewable, not to turn early activity into a performance story. A report is published only when it can state what happened, how it was counted, what it excludes, and where the process fell short.

Unpublished
1
Population
Each report names the included accounts, units, or workflows in privacy-preserving aggregate terms and states its denominator.
2
Definitions
Every metric defines its event, start/end time, numerator, denominator, and exclusions before publishing a result.
3
Evidence
Reported values must be traceable to dated operational records; a metric without sufficient evidence remains unpublished.
4
Misses
Exceptions, cancelled actions, regressions, and interventions are reported with what changed. A zero-miss claim is not assumed.
5
Privacy
No report publishes tenant PII, property addresses, payment credentials, or a slice small enough to expose a participant.
No performance report has been published yet.

No performance report has been published yet.

Aptoria will not fill this page with modeled hours saved, anonymous averages, or early data too thin to interpret. The founder’s single-building experiment has its current status and future scorecard on the founder story; it is explicitly n=1 and is not treated as generalizable customer evidence.
