No mystery. Here's the whole arc.
Week 1
Onboarding, done with you
A working session — not a help doc. We place eligible exports into review staging, map and reconcile your units, leases, and tenants, set workflow thresholds together, and verify eligible provider-backed payment paths.
Weeks 2–4
Test one bounded routine
Rent reminders, rule-checked late-fee proposals, and routine tenant questions are prepared or handled only where configured policy and provider gates allow it. Anything outside scope lands in your queue, with a cancellation path where the workflow supports it.
Weeks 5–12
Review whether to widen scope
As the record earns your trust, you can decide whether to raise specific thresholds for eligible reminders, waivers, and maintenance proposals. Consequential decisions remain on the human-required floor.
