Scope of the soft-commit control
Eligible irreversible autonomous actions using Aptoria’s soft-commit workflow have a 15-minute cancellation window before execution. Standing-authorized, provider, and completed external workflows can follow their own authorization, settlement, and cancellation rules; a completed provider action may not be reversible.
A scoped cancellation workflow
An eligible action enters the soft-commit workflow before execution. It is not a universal hold on all money movement, messages, or provider operations.

Cancel while the action is still pending
When the cancellation control is available, cancelling a pending action prevents that soft-commit execution. Availability and notification delivery can depend on the configured workflow.

Completed actions can have different remedies
Once an external or provider action completes, it may not be reversible in Aptoria. Any correction, refund, cancellation, or dispute follows the applicable provider and workflow process.
