Exporting your data
Every way to get your data out of Aptoria: the full personal-data download, per-report CSV and print, and the audit-log export.
The short answer
Request a personal-data export from Account settings when you need a portable copy of your Aptoria records. The export gathers the account and workspace information available to you; use it for your records or a controlled handoff, then store the downloaded file securely.

Your data is yours to take
Aptoria is built so that getting your data out is never the hard part. Everything meaningful — your reports, your audit trail, and a full personal-data download — exports in plain, portable formats you can open in a spreadsheet or hand to an accountant, an attorney, or another system. There is no export fee and no locked tier for it.
There are three main export surfaces, each suited to a different job: the full account download for a complete copy, the reports hub for financial figures over a period, and the audit log for a verifiable record of what the agent did.
The full account download
Under Settings → Account, the "Your data" section has a "Download my data" button that produces a personal-data export — profile, leases, payments, messages, work orders, and more. This is the everything-at-once copy, and it is the right choice when you want a complete snapshot of your account rather than one report.
The same Account screen is also where account deletion lives, and the two are deliberately neighbors: if you ever leave, you take a full copy first. Deletion permanently removes your data and revokes the Stripe and Plaid connections, so the export is the step to do beforehand, not after.
1
Go to Settings → Account.
2
Find the "Your data" section.
3
Tap "Download my data" and wait for the export to prepare.
4
Save the downloaded file somewhere safe.
Report-by-report CSV and print
For financial figures, the Reports screen is the better tool because you control the period. Pick a date range, load the report you need — rent roll, income, expenses, tenant ledgers, owner statements, Schedule E, and the rest — and once it loads you get a "Download CSV" button and a "Print" button for that report. The CSV opens cleanly in any spreadsheet; print gives you a paper or PDF copy via your browser.
A few reports have their own dedicated export pages with extra controls — the owner 1099 summary, for example, has a year picker with its own CSV export — and the reports hub links you to those where they exist.
Exporting the audit trail
The audit log — every agent action and every policy change, hash-chained so tampering is detectable — has its own CSV export on the web app, filtered to the actor and date range you choose. Where a formal attestation is needed, you can also produce a Decision Integrity Certificate for the exported range.
This is the export to reach for in a dispute or a compliance review: it is not just your numbers but a dated, verifiable record of what happened and under what policy.
