Reading your audit trail
The audit log, under Settings → Audit log, lists recorded changes in your workspace, such as changes to your limits, with what changed, when, and who made the change. Aptoria doesn’t carry out routine work on its own yet. Today you can set the limits it will work within, and its hardcoded limits are published. Undo for autonomous actions is planned; nothing runs on its own today.

Does the Aptoria audit log show autonomous actions?
The short answer
The audit log, under Settings → Audit log, lists recorded changes in your workspace, such as changes to your limits, with what changed, when, and who made the change. Aptoria doesn’t carry out routine work on its own yet. Today you can set the limits it will work within, and its hardcoded limits are published. Undo for autonomous actions is planned; nothing runs on its own today.

What is recorded today

Each accepted change to your limits is recorded with the values before and after, the time, and who made it. That makes your configuration accountable: “the cap used to be lower” is an entry, not a memory.

Open Settings → Audit log.

Find the entry for the change you want to review.

Read what changed, when, and who made the change.

What it will add

When autonomous features are enabled, each autonomous action will be recorded with its reason and the policy in force when it ran. Undo for autonomous actions is planned along with them.

Why it matters

A dated record of who changed what is useful in a dispute or a review: you can show the limits that applied at a given time rather than reconstructing them from memory.
