Bringing existing tenants in from a CSV is planned. What to gather now so an import goes cleanly later.
The short answer
Adding or importing tenants in Aptoria is planned. Adding new tenants and leases is planned, so a new workspace’s rent roll starts empty. Today you can add your properties and units, and gather the tenant, lease, and balance details an import will need.

What to gather now
For each tenant, collect their email, the property and unit, the lease start and end dates, the monthly rent, the security deposit, and any open balance with the date it was calculated. Reconcile balances and deposits against your current records before you rely on them anywhere.
What to do today
You can add your properties and units to an Aptoria workspace.
Keep your current records in place; when tenant import is enabled, check the imported balances against them.
