Automatic rent reminders are planned. How to see who owes rent today, and how to write a reminder yourself.
The short answer
Sending rent reminders from Aptoria is planned. Sending texts and email to tenants from Aptoria is planned. Today the rent roll shows each tenant’s balance, and you can fill in the Late rent notice template, then copy, download, or print it and send it yourself.

Sending rent reminders from Aptoria, on a schedule or otherwise, is planned. Aptoria does not message tenants today.
What to do today
Aptoria shows a rent roll and each tenant’s balance and payment history for the leases in your workspace. Adding new tenants and leases is planned, so a new workspace’s rent roll starts empty.
For a balance that is late, open Templates, choose Late rent notice, fill it in, and copy, download, or print it. Check it against your state’s rules, then deliver it the way you usually contact the tenant.
How reminders will work
When rent reminders are enabled, they will respect quiet hours and frequency limits, stop after a few attempts, and pause when a charge is disputed. Reminders will not move money or add a late fee on their own.
