Tenant invites and adding tenants are planned. What they will do, and how to get your workspace ready today.
The short answer
Inviting tenants to an Aptoria tenant portal is planned. Adding or importing tenants in Aptoria is planned. Today you can add your properties and units so your workspace is ready, and keep in touch with tenants the way you do now.

Adding new tenants and leases is planned, so a new workspace’s rent roll starts empty.
How invites will work
When tenant invites are enabled, an invite will email a tenant a sign-in link tied to one unit, and their access will be limited to that unit’s lease. Adding a renter who already lives in a unit, and bringing many tenants in at once from a CSV, are planned too.
What to do today
You can add your properties and units to an Aptoria workspace.
Set each property’s state when you add it; Aptoria uses the state for its rules data, such as the state late-fee caps in the late-fee preview.
