Add your first property and unit
Onboarding walks you through creating your first property and unit in one step, and activates the agent on conservative defaults you can change anytime — nothing autonomous fires until you opt in. The progress strip lays out the arc: add a property and unit, invite your first tenant, then set your autopilot dials.
Later, you add more from the Properties screen with "Add property," and each property holds one or more units. Set the property's state — it drives the lease addendum, deposit cap, and late-fee rules, and a unit can't be invited until its property has one.
Turn on features when you're ready
Autonomy is opt-in and reversible, so there's no rush. Start with the agent proposing actions for you to approve, then widen its limits as you get comfortable — the per-task spend limits and per-action toggles let you go feature by feature. You can also preview what the agent would do before granting it any authority.
