The short answer
Inviting tenants to an Aptoria tenant portal is planned. Tenants have no Aptoria access today, and Aptoria does not message them.

What the portal will show
When the tenant portal is enabled, a renter will see their own lease terms, balance, and payment history for one unit. Online rent payment, autopay, maintenance requests, messaging, and signing leases electronically are planned along with it.
What will stay private
A tenant will never see your other properties, other tenants, your finances, or your settings. Access will be tied to their own lease.
What a person always handles
When messaging is enabled, a tenant who asks for a person will reach one. Decisions about a tenancy, such as ending a lease or deducting from a deposit, always stay with a person.
