What works today
Rental applications: what an enrolled account can use today and what is still planned, checked against the code that runs for accounts. The list updates when a capability ships.
Publishing listings to Zillow and other rental sites from Aptoria is planned.
Self-booked tours, including through Calendly, are planned.

Controls before use
Configuration, provider setup, and a reviewable record matter more than a feature-page promise.
Preview content is clearly identified as non-live and does not create a public listing or external feed.
Listing language should be reviewed for accuracy and applicable housing-advertising rules before publication elsewhere.
When Aptoria pauses
Use a human review and the destination network’s own publishing process for any live rental advertisement.
Do not treat a draft, sample, or activity entry as proof of delivery, settlement, legal validity, or compliance.
Use the Trust Center and Availability pages for the current workflow boundary before enabling a customer-facing process.
